When: Monday, August 9, 2010
Cost To Us: We are being charge $79 (includes golf, cart, steak dinner, prizes and a golf club for each attendee)
What We Are Charging: $175 Including GST
Opportuinty for Charities / Organizations: Any individual, organization OR charity that sells golf tickets will receive 30% of our profit on each ticket which is as follows:
Our profit is $87.25 per ticket (GST Removed), thus, those selling tickets will receive $26.17.
Added Bonus: Those organizations / individuals / charities that sell tickets will also get a % of all profits from the silent auction. For example if they bring in 50% of the people, their organization OR that indidual will get 50% of the profits from the silent auction.
Sponsors: Amount for sponsorships will remain the same and those organizations / individuals / charities that sell tickets will also get 30% of all profits from the sponsorships sold.
This new way of marketing the tournament gives ownership to other groups that may not have been able to do a tournament on their own, but, now this also helps us fill the event. I am much happier with this set up.
For those who just want to golf and have a great day we have made it easy, but, we have also designed the tournament for the constant networker in mind.
Display Table At Your Sponsored Hole - This Tradeshow / Golf Tournament is hosted by the PGIB. For those of you choosing to support the PGIB we are providing a great way to advertise your service or product in Calgary. By being a sponsor you will not only get golf tickets and signage, but you will also get a hole of your choice to market your company, set up a display and talk to the fellow business people as they play your hole. Even if you do not golf this is a great opportunity.
